I am sharing with you, one of my family favourites: Japanese Beef curry. I used to cook Japanese curry using the store bought box curry mix but not anymore :). We love this home made Japanese curry mix.  A little hard work is needed in gathering the spices  and mixing them but it is all worth it! Hope you enjoy the post the video.
