Yes you read that right: a CAULIFLOWER smoothie!
What can I say? I love cauliflower. It's incredibly versatile, and though I generally prefer it in savory form, I found a way to add cauliflower to your breakfast and/or mid-day snack.
I mean, we've all added spinach to our smoothies for years, but why not add cauliflower too?!
