3 entries removed from the consolidated list

3 entities have been removed from the ISIL (Da'esh) and Al-Qaida financial sanctions regime.

The following entities have been removed from the consolidated list and are no longer subject to an asset freeze:

  • Al-Haramain Foundation (Indonesia) (Group ID: 7998)
  • Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation (Group ID: 6991)
  • Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation (Somalia) (Group ID: 6990)

This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List, enacting the UN's decision made on 17 January 2022 to delist 3 entries.

Further, the following entry has been added to the consolidated list under the Libya financial sanctions regime and is subject to an asset freeze:

  • Quren Salih Quren al Qadhafi (Group ID: 14172)

OFSI's consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
