Hi friends -- I hope you had a great holiday with your loved ones, and were able to take some time off.
Since January is officially here, I figured now would be a good time to share 15 of my favorite Whole30 dinner recipes. I'm personally not doing a Whole30 this month, but I've done three Whole30's before and have found them to be incredibly beneficial in terms of reducing bloating and my sugar cravings.
The main issue with doing Whole30 is that you have to get creative with your meals so that you're not eating the same thing over and over again. Hopefully you'll find a recipe or two to make and enjoy!
MEAT
This Banh Mi Bowl is like your favorite banh mi sandwich, but healthier! The base is made with cauliflower rice, then it's topped with veggies, a sticky-sweet pork and a simple sriracha mayo.
This Spicy Sausage Potato Soup is super flavorful, made in one pot and made with real food ingredients. It's filled with potatoes, sausage and kale, and whole30-friendly, too!
Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops
These Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops are pan-seared and ready in about 8 minutes, then topped with a dairy-free cream of mushroom sauce, making this recipe Paleo/Whole30, too! A "fancy" dinner that's quite easy to prepare.
This Whole30 Meatloaf recipe is gluten free, dairy free and SO delicious. Made with ground beef, almond flour and coconut aminos, then topped with a simple ketchup glaze, your family will be asking for more!
This easy Blackened Chicken recipe is made in a cast iron skillet and is incredibly flavorful. Made with a Mexican marinade similar to a dry rub, the chicken is cooked completely in the skillet in under 15 minutes!
You're going to love this healthy, Whole30-compliant Curry Beef Bowl. It's made with cauliflower rice, then topped with red peppers and red curry-marinated beef, and it comes together in under 30 minutes!
Paleo Turkey Meatballs are the ultimate weeknight dinner! They're made with dark ground turkey, almond flour and spices, and covered in your favorite marinara sauce. Seared to perfection, then baked in the oven, this is my favorite gluten free meatball recipe!
Who knew boneless, skinless chicken could be so crispy?! Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and ready in under 25 minutes!
This creamy Whole30 Mushroom Soup uses coconut milk in place of dairy and is flavored with shallots, mushrooms and bacon. It's absolutely delicious and an easy make-ahead meal!
This Mediterranean Lamb Bowl is grain-free and SO delicious! It's made with a cauliflower rice base then topped with lamb, cucumber, tomatoes and the easiest homemade tzatziki sauce.
