USDA APHIS Launches New Facebook Page

USDA APHIS Launches New Facebook Page
USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is pleased to announce the launch of our Facebook page, which will compliment our social media presence on Twitter and LinkedIn and offer additional opportunities to share information and engage with our stakeholders.

APHIS' mission is to protect the health and value of American agriculture and natural resources.  From ensuring an abundant and affordable food supply, safeguarding air travel against wildlife-related accidents, and sheltering household pets from harm during a disaster, to protecting the trees in our forests and communities, APHIS' work touches people's lives in a multitude of ways.

APHIS continuously seeks new ways to accomplish our work and improve upon the services we provide. We are committed to using a variety of tools to keep stakeholders informed and allow industry to move at the speed of commerce and keep up with demand for agricultural commodities.
