Happy Monday my friend!
It is a rainy, dreary day here, so I thought I'd "pop" in to drop off a new recipe that I'm currently obsessed with:
These cheesy stuffed jalapenos are my new favorite obsession, and there's no end in site. I even served them at the TWO Thanksgivings Tim and I hosted this year. They were so scrumptious and a total crowd pleaser, our guests LOVED them.
This recipe is also insanely easy to make. All you need to do is stuff big 'ol jalapenos with a mixture of cream cheese, ranch seasoning, scallions, and cheddar.
Then when that's all done, you pack the top of the poppers with seasoned Panko, MORE CHEDDAR and air fry them until they are golden brown and crispy. Perfection.
I love using the air fryer to make these because 1. the peppers cook so fast and 2. minimal cleanup! We love that kinda action around here.
I'll leave the recipe below and let you hop to it. I don't think you need another reason to love your air fryer, but if you were on the fence, let this recipe convince you. Enjoy my friend!
