~ Simple, Special Butter Cookies~

Graybeh (GRI-bee) is a traditional Lebanese butter cookie, made at the holidays and other special occasions. We love these SO! With just a handful of ingredients, each one is the best quality. Especially the butter, which is clarified and imparts rich flavor. I make my graybeh clarified butter with cultured butter, Plugra or Kerrygold. Also: the solids separate much cleaner with these butters. Or, grab a jar of artisanal organic clarified butter to make quick work of your project.
