So what are these PRO TIPS you ask?
- Prep Chicken the easy way: Cut breast in half horizontally and pound chicken in between plastic wrap. This will cut the time in half to prep the breast AND contain the mess! I've also included a NO POUND method that makes this meal easier than ever!
- No toothpick method! I've got a special trick to wrap the cordon bleu tightly so you don't need to use any toothpicks! This method also makes freezing EASY!
