Hi There,
It's starting to get hot here (and muggy, too). And lately my kids have been begging for ice cream, so I pulled up one of their favorite recipes and I wanted to share it with you, too.
It's a simple strawberry sorbet, sweetened with honey, and touched with mint - easy to make, nourishing, and delicious. It's also one of the best desserts you'll make this summer.
Here's why:
- It's naturally sweetened. Instead of white sugar, we use honey in this sorbet recipe which gives it the right amount of sweetness with delicate floral notes.
- Strawberries are loaded with botanical compounds that support cellular health.
- It's easy to make. You whiz all the ingredients up in a blender until puréed, then strain (if you like), and freeze. Easy.

Let me know if you try it!
