It seems like the snow is popping up here, there, and everywhere all over the country, so it seemed like a great time to bring you more cookies.
I mean is there ever a wrong time for cookies?
As you can probably tell, I've been having a lot of fun playing around in the kitchen with gluten free and dairy free ingredients.
Well this recipe is my favorite so far (I know I say that about all my cookies, but I think this it!):
Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies!
These cookies are made with coconut oil instead of butter, and the best part about this recipe is that it's eggless too! That's right!
And honestly, you can't tell!
For the egg replacer, we use good old fashioned applesauce! But don't worry, you can't taste it--it just works as a really amazing binder.
These cookies are thick, chewy, a little crispy around the edges, and gooey in the middle. Sounds like the perfect cookie if you ask me! I'll leave the recipe below. I know you'll love them!
