With Valentine's Day approaching, let's also talk LOVE LANGUAGES! This year, I'll be embracing February 14th as a day to love that much harder on my people — Mike, Skye, my family, and my friends. Even my pups!
I know people say that you shouldn't need a day on the calendar to tell people you love them and I get that, but life gets crazy, and it never hurts to have a little reminder of just how important those people are. It also never hurts to find new ways to connect with them and to make your relationships even stronger (and not just romantic ones).
One great tool for doing this is the Five Love Languages, and we wrote a whole article on them that's up on the site right now.
