I was surprised that something so simple could be so tasty. And healthy.
Couple of years ago, we packed our bags and moved to a beach town called Auroville near Pondicherry in India. Our yard had a big, flowering Hibiscus plant. And so many flowers would fall to the ground and wilt.
And then someone told us we could make delicious tea from them.
It's PINK. And delicious. So refreshing. And healthy. Like really healthy!
A word of caution, Hibiscus tea does have side effects based on your medical condition.
