Top 3 reasons why I absolutely love my Instant Pot!

Hi reader, A few years back, I decided to invest in an Instant Pot. (FYI, you can read about the one I got here.) And to be honest with you, I wasn't so sure about it at first.  The box actually sat on my counter for a whole day before I even opened it.  Like every other home cook, I heard that the Instant Pot was an amazing kitchen shortcut... The ideal way to get the quickest and most flavorful meals on the table! But how could that be? I was used to using my stovetop, oven, and slow cooker. Why did I need another kitchen gadget? Well, I'll tell you why... Fast forward to today and the Instant Pot has transformed the way I cook in the kitchen!  My top 3 reasons for loving my Instant Pot are:  It's quick It's convenient  And the recipes are always packed with flavor!
