My Weekly Meal Plan, Exercise Goals, and Weekly Recap.

Hey there reader,

Well, I think it's safe to say that February is the new January - at least it is for me. Over the last seven days, I've been able to get back on track with exercise, smoothies, and just life.

How did you do last week? Remember, keeping up with a healthy lifestyle is always a work in progress! So, don't be too hard on yourself if life throws a couple of curveballs at you. Dust yourself off and get back on track.

Last week a few readers asked about my meal plan. So, I'm going to share it here exclusively for email subscribers.

This week's eating goal is to keep calories between 1350 - 1450 a day and carbs below 100. I am sticking with drinking a smoothie every day because I need it to feel my best. Smoothies, because of the fruit, have more carbs, so I'm going to keep carbs low with lunch and dinner.

My exercise goal for the month was to exercise every day for 30 days. Well, I already dropped the ball on that! However, I did exercise four days last week, which makes me happy.

So my goal is to exercise 4 days this week. I use the exercise plans in my 30-day Habit Challenge.
