Hi ,
What. A. Week! Around here, it seems like Jack's been shoveling nonstop. Our yard is buried in feet (yes, feet) of snow, and we still haven't been able to get our car out of the garage.
To all of you who saw snow this week, I hope you're staying safe, warm, and healthy.
I hope you get a chance to rest over the next few days. Sometimes, I take the weekend as an opportunity to
- experiment with a new recipe or
- try out a fun cooking project,
but not this time. This weekend, I'm reminding myself that
Dinner doesn't have to be complicated in order to be delicious.
