  Have you heard the BIG, SMALL news? Our sister site Apartment Therapy is bringing Small/Cool back, and it's going to be better than ever! The Small/Cool Contest begins March 1 and goes through May, followed by the second annual Small/Cool Experience, which kicks off (virtually!) in June.
Never heard of Small/Cool? Here's a brief history lesson…
The Small/Cool contest was introduced in 2005 by Apartment Therapy's founder and CEO Maxwell Ryan. The goal: to find the smallest, coolest, real-life space in NYC (and later on, the world!). For over a decade, we've showcased the smallest, coolest spaces from around the globe, and we are excited to do so again in 2021.
The Small/Cool Contest opens March 1. You have until March 29 to enter, then voting starts on April 5. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on May 17. The Small/Cool Experience, taking place in early June, will feature a weekend full of original Instagram Lives, IGTVs, Reels, and games. You'll also be able to tour (and shop!) designers' Small/Cool trend rooms virtually.
