Today I'm bringing you a recipe that I had a lot of fun creating!
It's a yummy little cookie recipe and it's GLUTEN FREE:
Almond Flour Shortbread Cookies.
I had never used almond flour prior to this recipe, so it was a great learning experience. Also, I love that I've added another tool to the 'ol recipe toolbox.
These cookies have a delightful crunch, they're just as buttery as the all purpose flour cookies, and they are PERFECT for cut out cookies! Serve these for any occasion--Valentine's Day, Easter, Birthdays, Halloween, or Christmas!
They are incredibly easy to make and they freeze like a dream. I hope you love them as much as I do! I'll leave the recipe below.
