I was never a fan of bánh mì due to the mere fact that I can't stand the texture and flavour of pâté (except that one time in Hanoi, where the bánh mì that I had during a street food tour exceeded all expectation that never existed in the first place). This one was for my mom, who loves bánh mì and so ordered one during our random street vendor meal in Penang.
