If, like me, you're in the mood for something crisp, comforting, and very good for dipping, I've really got you covered this week.
I've been baking these crispy polenta fries on repeat! They are golden on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle, fragrant with rosemary and with a gentle warmth from chilli. They're the sort of thing that disappear at an unseemly speed once they hit the table.
I served them up with a bowl of homemade hot Red Pepper Sauce and, honestly, it was a very good decision.
Sauces Worth Dipping Into
If you fancy making a proper spread of it, these all work beautifully with the fries:

Other Excellent Things To Dip
