The low-temperature slow-cooked beef (I'm assuming it means cooked sous vide) is the signature dish at my favourite restaurant, yet I hadn't gotten to trying it until October last year because there were so many other amazing dishes that I kept trying. Well here it is. And as expected, it was amazing. The beef sat on a bed of rice and was topped with a soft-cooked egg with an oozing yolk, and everything was just heavenly...what more do I gotta say?!
