My daughter and I were in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a couple days this week taking care of some paperwork and details we had to do there. It rained almost the whole time, because it's the rainy season, so not uncommon at all. But it was hot, humid, rain, and overcast for much of the time. But I did capture a few blue sky + blue ocean pics!
View coming down from a "hike" I did. Boy, it was a hot one!
My favorite tacos in the whole world. Tacos Panchos al pastor volcanoes! Topped with pineapple and cilantro. Just the BEST!
Underneath the al pastor meat, there are crunchy tostadas topped with melted cheese. Hence they call it a "volcano" since the cheese kind of runs out. Sooo good!
We had just traveled for most of the day, landed, taxied, and it was about 95F and so humid! But it's always a gift being together and we were sitting in front of the ocean with a breeze which was so nice at that moment.
