It's not so hard to bring joy to a Cantonese person - after all, all you need is a simple white-cut chicken, no complicated cooking method needed. The challenge is finding GOOD QUALITY chicken in Wuhan, and thankfully my husband managed to find amazing chicken in his hometown to bring back after every visit. Add some scallion ginger sauce and that's a Cantonese heaven!!!
