JB made this blindfolded with one arm tied behind his back. I made it in 12 minutes flat, with Dozer squeezed between me and the bench while half-watching a cooking show. It's that easy. So if you've got apples, puff pastry and a few spare minutes this weekend, you've got dessert sorted - a rustically charming French one at that!
Serve after Beef Bourgignon, Chicken Fricassee or a large pot of Ratatouille served with the infamous no-knead Crusty Artisan Bread. - Nagi x
