So many programs focus on weight loss. I'm sure you've heard of them…
- Nutrisystem sends meals to your doorstep, but what if you don't like what they send? What if you're allergic? Are you going to eat Nutrisystem meals to celebrate a job promotion?
- Weight Watchers assigns points to food - eggs, fruits, vegetables, fish, beans, and popcorn are all zero-point foods - but they all have calories. Thinking it's a free-for-all will ultimately lead to weight gain.
- Optavia relies on pre-packaged foods, shakes, and bars. That's great for a few days, but what about Easter dinner? Are you seriously bringing a bar to the table and skipping out on jello molds and resurrection rolls?
All these programs have one thing in common: None of them teach you how to choose foods that nourish YOU and make YOU feel good.
You are not a robot. You don't fit in a one-size-fits-all program. So why use programs that don't take into consideration your needs and your lifestyle?
NOURISHED+STRONG focuses on nutrition, teaching you what foods to eat to feel your best, how much to eat to meet your goals, and how to live your life while eating the foods you love.
When you feed your body the nutrients it requires and craves - in the right quantities - all the things you've been wanting fall into place:
- You have energy… which means you want to walk, play, garden, bike, or hike.
- You're well-fed… which means you're not snacking in the evening or looking for treats.
- You sleep better… so you're not grumpy or moody and people don't think you chronically have PMS.
- You're hydrated… which means you're not constantly hungry and you're using the restroom regularly.
- You're less stressed… because you're giving your body what it NEEDS to do all the things it needs to do!!
Believe me - I know what it feels like to want to lose weight and feel good in your clothes, instead of feeling like you have to constantly suck it in or choose between the only two shirts you own that hide your belly.
NOURISHED+STRONG is a simple science-based approach that teaches you how to eat for YOUR body and YOUR body goals:
- Learn the simple foundational habits that build a healthy lifestyle and why they matter.
- Do the things you've learned. Collect data as you live it out so we can make objective decisions/changes later, if necessary.
- System-etize to make your habits easy, sustainable, and automatic
- Evaluate data to see if what you've been doing is pointing you in the direction we want to go. Adjust if necessary.
- Repeat 1-4 until we've reached the goal.
This system is what allowed me to lose 11 lbs and 12 inches in 12 weeks, and KEEP IT OFF for an entire year!

PS - You know the saying, "You can't outrun a bad diet?" It's true. Food is THE driver of fat loss (and fat gain), so in order to lose weight you MUST master nutrition. That's why protein and food choices are two concepts we tackle early on!
NOURISHED+STRONG teaches you what foods to eat to feel your best, how much to eat to meet your goals, and how to live your life while eating the foods you love.

❤️🔥 I've learned that junk food is satisfying for a moment, but doesn't fulfill what you're craving like fresh food can. I indulged, but reigned it back quickly when I learned the food I used to eat doesn't treat me well anymore. I'm still learning how to fit in candy and ice cream, but I'm doubling down on fresh fruits and veggies this week! - Rebecca
Psst! Rebecca just wrapped up an 11-week deficit with me and she's down over 20 lbs and 22 inches!!
