👀 what makes N+S different & sneak peek into how it works

Yesterday I opened registration for NOURISHED+STRONG, my 6-week program teaching you exactly how to:

• optimize your nutrition

I know y'all love a good cart peek, and I've received a lot of messages asking me what makes my program different from everything else that's out there.

Here's my program blueprint (backed by science) that teaches you what foods to eat to feel your best, how much to eat to meet your goals, and how to live your life while eating the foods you love:

Step 1: LEARN. 

Learn the simple habits that build a healthy lifestyle and why they matter. These are VITAL to your success but they're often overlooked.

Step 2: IMPLEMENT

DO the things - "living it out" is the best way to see if something will work or not. Collect data as you go so we can make objective decisions/changes later, if necessary.

Step 3: SYSTEMS

Your habits working together in your day-to-day life is a system, and this is how they become easy, sustainable, and automatic. They become your way of life so you get it all done, even on the busiest of days.

Step 4: EVALUATE

See if what you've been doing is pointing you in the direction you want to go. Made adjustments to habits or systems, if necessary, to better align with our goals or to make things run smoother.

Step 5: REPEAT

Repeat steps 1-4 until you reach the goal. Then set a new goal! We should always strive for progress -- yes, MAINTAINING is considered progress!
