I hope you had a great week! I know I say this all the time, but seriously—time is flying. Can you believe we're already halfway through March?
The weather is finally warming up here in Buffalo, NY, which means my husband and I are back to enjoying long walks outside. It's funny—after a long winter (and this one felt extra long), everyone here basically hibernates. But the moment it hits 40 degrees? People are out walking, working in their yards, chatting with neighbors—it's like the whole city comes back to life. I love it!

I grabbed ingredients for some of my go-to meals:
✔️ Triple Berry Smoothie – Adding a scoop of protein powder for extra fuel.
✔️ Protein Power Mason Jar Salad – My absolute favorite salad. I've been making this every week for the last five years!
✔️ Crockpot Turkey Tacos – I use this for everything—nachos, salads, taco bowls...you name it.
✔️ Baked Ranch Chicken + Ranch Roasted Potatoes – So easy, so good.
✔️ Pita Pizzas – A simple, delicious staple in our house.
My Goals for the Week
I'm back in action! Last week, I got in some solid long walks, started my mornings with smoothies, had a salad for lunch every day, and even grabbed some cold-pressed juices from Wegmans. After a rough bout with the flu, I've been focused on fueling my body with tons of fruits, veggies, and hydration—it really makes all the difference.
This week is a busy workweek, but here's what I'm prioritizing:
💪 Exercise every day – Even if it's just 30 minutes.
💧 Hydration – I'll be filling up two (32-ounce) mason jars of water daily.
🥦 Lots of fruits, veggies, and protein – Because that's when I feel my best!
