I totally get it. While I believe in a balanced, clean eating approach that includes healthy carbs, I also know how amazing I feel when I add more low-carb meals to my week.

Now, let's get to my must-make low-carb recipes! These are perfect for meal prep and will keep you fueled all week long:
🥚 Jalapeño Cheddar Egg Bites – These protein-packed, grab-and-go egg bites are a lifesaver on busy mornings.
🍕 Low-Carb Keto Pizza Sauce – A must-have for making cauliflower pizzas, portobello pizzas, or any low-carb pizza creation. I keep a batch in my fridge at all times!
🥑 Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad – No mayo here! This 5-star chicken salad is made with avocado and Greek yogurt, and it's so good. (Psst… you might love this tuna salad too!)
🍲 Pizza Soup – This gets better every day, making it the perfect Sunday meal prep recipe.
🍔 Cheeseburger Meatloaf – A reader favorite! I love all of my meatloaf recipes, but this one is always a hit.
🍗 Shredded Chicken – A meal prep staple! I make this every week to use in salads, lettuce wraps, and quick meals.
