All the classic flavour with 25+ grams of protein
I cannot resist strawberry lemonade in the summer. This satiating smoothie nails all of that classic sweet and tart flavour while also packing in 25+ grams of protein, plenty of fiber and healthy fats. Definitely breakfast-appropriate!Fresh strawberries and half of a lemon are included in the base, but I also use frozen peach slices for that frothy creamy texture. After tests with frozen banana (too banana-y), frozen pear (weird texture with the lemon), and even frozen cauliflower rice (just no), peach was the winner.
