Hi there reader, Happy Birthday week to me and Liz!🥳 I've decided to celebrate with food--surprised? 😉 Liz and I put our heads together, and below is our birthday week meal plan (#178!), full of our favorite dinners and treats! 🎉 ​Birthday Week Meal Plan!​ Monday - Tahini Chicken Bowls​ Tuesday - Harissa Pasta​ Wednesday - French Onion Burger​ Thursday - Pork Chile Verde ​ Friday- Gyros with homemade pita bread ​ An extra perk is that our kids will all eat these dinners -- that's a birthday treat all in itself! 😂 Birthday Meal Plan! Birthday Cakes Our Mom baked us each a cake, which always made us feel so special ❤️ Liz always chose German Chocolate Cake, and I always chose Carrot Cake!​ German Chocolate Cake Recipe Carrot Cake Recipe ​ Birthday Traditions Growing up, we'd often go out to sushi with our parents, and we love doing something together if we are able- usually something active.
