Since it's so far to go, we wanted to take advantage of the trip and visit a few other countries in Southeast Asia. |

❤️Some fun highlights We couldn't get over the sunsets!🌞 and you can't beat the headwear! 🤣 ❤️The open markets and the food we tried were unbelievable! And we loved the energy of the evening shops and stands in Hanoi. We have a very basic Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi sandwich recipe on the blog, but it was so fun to eat an authentic one in Vietnam! The same goes for Pho! Wow, was it amazing!! ❤️ One of my favorite parts of the trip was our Vietnamese cooking class in Hanoi, and in Saigon, we watched and learned how tofu is made. If you've traveled to Asia recently- I'd love to hear about your trip!
