Hi reader,
In my family, we keep a consistent budget every month on groceries for a family of four. We eat unprocessed, real food, and even afford grass-fed & pasture raised meats.
But, let me tell you, this wasn't always the case! We used to have uncontrolled spending on groceries, and we ate expensive processed packaged foods. And we were also six figures in debt at the time!
Then, my husband and I made a plan to control our grocery spending (and also eliminate our six figure debt).
What did we do first?
We created a grocery budget.
Yes, you heard that right. It really IS that simple. Creating a grocery budget is a key factor in freeing yourself from the traps of out-of-control grocery spending and saving money in all areas of your life.
