Hi friends! Just popping in to let you know that the May cooking challenge recipe is my Almond Flour Banana Muffins and, though I may be a little biased, this is one of the BEST muffin recipes! The perfect pairing of banana and chocolate that just so happens to be gluten free, dairy free, and paleo. They're soft, moist, gluten free, made with minimal ingredients and have the option to be filled with chocolate chips or chopped walnuts!
