Tempeh is a tricky plant-based protein for some folks! It has a strong earthy, somewhat mushroom-like flavour. I have lots of tips in this post to make it super palatable and easy to cook. The heavy drizzle of gingery and garlicky almond butter sauce plays its part here as well.
I love that this one happens mostly in one pan with basic cooking methods and lots of pantry ingredients. It's flexible with whatever vegetables you have around too. I need to work on more vegan dinners like that ;)
