| | Beets, yes! I know it sounds weird, but the earthy sweetness works nicely with the meaty mushrooms and the texture of the French lentils. This vegan bolognese is loaded up with umami depth and perfect for warming up on a cold night. To make this recipe a bit easier, I typically use those pre-cooked, peeled and packaged beets by Love Beets and I try to prep the lentils in advance. | You received this email because you subscribed to our list.
