Expanding Commodity Markets and Incorporating Indigenous Knowledge and Values into Climate Smart Agriculture USDA is investing $3.1 billion in 141 projects through Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities. More than 20 tribes and tribal groups across the Nation are partnering on many of these projects, including one led by the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska.
