Day 5: πŸ‘‰ Blueberry Cherry Smoothie πŸ’πŸ«

We are halfway through the smoothie challenge! Today's Blueberry Cherry Smoothie recipe marries two of my favorite smoothie fruits - blueberries and cherries.

Blueberries and cherries contain fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. They are great for digestion, skin, and inflammation, and the chia seeds provide fiber, protein, and omega-3s. This cherry blueberry smoothie is a nutrition powerhouse.

Shopping tips

I get 3lb bags of organic frozen blueberries and cherries at BJ's wholesale. I also purchase chia seeds, large containers of baby spinach, and unsweetened coconut milk, so check your local wholesale store for smoothie ingredients.

If you can't find dry smoothie ingredients at your local grocery store then check out online at Thrive Market or Amazon.
