This tropical smoothie recipe is made with pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk. Coconut oil and chia seeds give this healthy smoothie recipe a dose of healthy fats and superfoods. It's thick, creamy, delicious, refreshing, and the perfect way to start the day.

If you can't find individual bags of frozen mango and pineapple, then look for bags of frozen tropical fruit. This mix usually includes mango, pineapple, papaya, and strawberries, and I find large bags of frozen organic tropical fruit at my local wholesale store.
