Happy new year — I hope you had a wonderful holiday season!! The past week consisted of questioning what day it was, every single day ๐, but also taking down our Christmas decorations and turning the house over in anticipation of spring. (2023 has DREAM BIG energy. ๐)
I swear the air in the house seems fresher with everything back in order!
Ben and I are also taking this time to reset our eating and drinking habits. We are participating in dry January (so excited for this!!) and recommitting to choosing fresh and healthy foods after the holiday season. Sounds cliche, but there's no time like the present.
