Hello hello hello!
It's officially December, so I say bring on ALL the holiday recipes! I'm mostly thinking about cookies, but today I'm sharing a few of my favorite recipes to make in the month of December. Enjoy!
My Grandma's Homemade Pierogi Recipe
My grandma has been making homemade pierogies for over 70 years!! I finally decided to ask her for the recipe so I could share it with you. It's the authentic Polish way to make pierogies -- filled with potatoes and cheese -- and this recipe is incredibly nostalgic for me.
When hot chocolate and hazelnut spread combine, they create this dreamy warm beverage. Made with my 2-ingredient homemade Nutella, it's incredibly rich and a must-try if you're a hot chocolate fan.
If you love crispy chickpeas, you gotta try making them in the air fryer! Coated in a homemade ranch seasoning then fried without any oil, they're perfectly crispy and delicious on their own, on tacos or in a salad.
Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Your favorite pasta coated in a creamy, dairy-free roasted red pepper sauce.
I feel like gingerbread always gets overshadowed by peppermint, but this cake is LEGIT. Incredibly moist, topped with a mascarpone icing and sliced into smaller pieces so it's totally acceptable to eat as an afternoon snack.
Feta cheese, cream cheese and plenty of black pepper, this dip pairs well with carrots, cucumbers and/or chips. It only takes 5 minutes to make, making it the most delicious lazy appetizer recipe ever.
If you make any of these recipes, be sure to leave a comment and star rating on the blog and let me know what you think – I love hearing from you!
