Hi reader,
I received an email from an incredibly sweet reader last week. Here's a bit of what she said:
Dear Tiffany,
I found your site a month or so ago and it's changed the way we eat, but more importantly, helped me immensely with my transition to being a stay-at-home parent.
I left work a few months ago and am still finding my way with the new routine in all aspects but your website has helped with cooking and shopping and these positive changes are spreading to other parts of my new "job" too.
I feel good about the choices we're making with the food in your recipes. Especially as we're setting a good example for our son in what he sees us eat.
Your recipes have made me appreciate simple, clean food. We've only been making the mains and soups so far but they are delicious! We usually cook fresh but freeze enough that we've been able to skip delivery when we're tempted.
This is all to say, thank you for your website. I'm so happy we found it.
Merry Christmas and all of the best for 2023.
Sincerely,
C
I nearly cried when I read this, because this is our exact goal at Crumbs - helping you eat real food on a budget.
This coming Monday we're starting a FREE 30-day challenge called Real Food Reboot. Every day we tackle one small aspect of healthy eating on a budget, break it down into bite-size pieces, and offer a 15-minute challenge to help you DO what you're learning. Plus, you're invited to join our LIVE teaching at 11am ET in a private Facebook group!
It's designed for everyone - those new to real food and those who have been doing this awhile - and it's the perfect way to either get started, or hit the "reset" button on your healthy goals.
This 30-day challenge is free to you, but you do have to register.
→ Click HERE to register for the FREE Real Food Reboot 30-day challenge.
There's an optional workbook to go with the challenge that's SUPER helpful, but it's not required!
Remember that the challenge starts on January 2, so go ahead and register now so you're all set to go on Monday!
♥ Tiffany
