🎉 Weekly Update November December 4th, 2022 🎉

Can you believe we are into the last month of 2022?! I mean, where did this year even go? I know it's still the holiday season, and everyone is in gift-purchasing mode and focused on parties and cookies, but I have to say my eyes are on getting ready for the New Year. 🎉🎉

I've said this before, but it's worth mentioning again. I think you can make changes any time of the year. When I first started my weight loss journey, it was in October, right before the craziness of the holidays began - and I still managed to stick to healthy habits and lose weight.

However, I think there's something special about starting a brand new year. I feel it puts our mindset into fresh start mode, which provides motivation, inspiration, and intention. Of course, the goal is to keep all of that going past the first week of January - but that's another topic for another time. 😂

Anyway, the KEY, no matter when you start a healthier journey, is to plan and prepare - which is what I'm all about here at Organize Yourself Skinny.

So this month, instead of giving you appetizers and cookies to make for your next holiday party, 👉 I'm going to consider it my job to get you ready to make healthy changes in the new year. I'll send a couple of emails each week during December with my best tips and recipes to help you start 2023 off amazing.

Also, I'm super excited to announce that we will do a LIVE smoothie challenge AND mason jar salad challenge in January - we will start with smoothies. These are my two absolute favorite foods to jumpstart healthier eating habits. I'll email you after Christmas with information on signing up for the live challenges.
