Phew! We survived another holiday season! Can I say I appreciate my mom more and more every year? As kid, I had no clue about the work and money that goes into creating the magical spirit of the holidays! But I do now!

Anyway, it's time to move on to one of my favorite weeks of the year - the week between Christmas and New Year. This is the time to reflect on the past year, set goals, and prepare to crush those goals.

So, this week it's all about getting ready to make 2023 the healthiest, best year ever. I'll send you some tips to get in the mindset for changing your lifestyle and the tools, so it's easier.
