3 Easy Sanity-Saving Freezer Recipes to Make Right Now!

Hey there reader!

Well, it's that time of year when we spend more time cooking for holiday parties, baking cookies, shopping, and still trying to manage our house and workload. Honestly, just typing that sentence kind of stresses me out, and I'm not going to lie; this is a busy time of year.

However, even with all of that going on, we still need to eat - and it's probably not a good idea To depend on takeout and fast food the entire month.

One thing that has continuously helped me out year after year during the busy seasons of my life is to get healthy meals in the freezer. Trust me; there's nothing like grabbing a healthy homemade dinner out of the freeze to cook or heat and eat.

You might not have time to do a big freezer stock-up, but I think it would be helpful to get some simple meals in the freezer you can grab when you run around over the next few weeks.

Here are my three freezer go-to's!

Freezer Breakfast Burritos - With the kids home, these burritos are essential! I make 2-3 batches of these. You can see more freezer breakfast recipes here.

Chicken Cacciatore - this might seem a little out of the left field. But my chicken cacciatore recipe is so easy to make, delicious, and freezes amazingly! All you need to do is heat it and make some pasta.

Turkey Meatloaf. You can assemble 3-4 meatloaves to have ready to cook during the month. Or cook and freeze into portions. Here's my tutorial on freezing meatloaf. My favorite meatloaf recipe is this cheeseburger Turkey Meatloaf and Italian Meatloaf.
