Although my 9 year old, who insists on wearing shorts when it's 45 degrees at the bus stop, would disagree ("It's SO HOT out there, Mom!" 🤣) it's officially soup season!!! Even I, a die-hard summer-lover, have to admit that transitioning into cool mornings and evenings has been a total treat — especially when there's soup on the menu for dinner.
