Dear ooseims.archieves@blogger.com
I'm here today to tell you all about one of my favorite spicy condiments of all time: Schezwan Sauce! Made with dried red chiles, fresh shallots, and an abundance of herbs and spices, this fiery sauce adds a pop of spicy, tangy, and salty goodness to any plate.
I'm particularly fond of it with any dish from Indo-Chinese Cuisine, but it also pairs well with potato wedges or veg cutlet, french fries, spring rolls, dumplings, or momos. It also goes quite well with savory fried Indian snacks like cheese pakora or veggie pakora, or samosa. Make some this weekend and keep dinnertime interesting all week long!
