It is officially winter now, warm winter comfort food such as udon noodle soup is often on our table. Here at my cherry orchard, the trees have become dormant and the leaves have all fallen. We are now organising lots of behind the scenes work in order to convert the orchard into an organic farm. This week we're replacing the shed. We had a big rainfall about 2 weeks ago and realised all the rain flew to the shed so it needs to go.
