I asked a few of you if you were currently doing a January Whole30 or were planning to this year and so many of you said yes! So here are some of our Whole30 recipes that will make your month less boring!
While I'm not doing one currently, here are some tips from when I did!
- Meal prep is IMPORTANT.
- Go in with a plan.
- Commit & check your calendar to make sure it's a realistic month for you.
- Have support: Have a friend, spouse, or find a buddy at work to do it with!
- Don't eat boring food – or trust us, you'll be very unhappy come week 2!
- Remember, it's 30-days to learn about your body, not 60, not 90, not a year!
- Use resources! There are a ton of resources available on the Whole30 website, along with best-selling books that explains the actual science behind this dietary reset, how it works, why it works for so many, and more information!
