The following individuals have been amended on the consolidated list and remain subject to an asset freeze under the Global Human Rights financial sanctions regime: Dmitry Vadimovich Kovtun (Group ID: 13311) Andrey Konstantinovich Lugovoy (Group ID: 13310) OFSI's consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
