Happy Tuesday my friend!
We're here. Winter's here. And we're all just trying to get back on track after the holidays.
But I'll tell ya, this cold, gloomy weather is definitely challenging my quest for healthy and light foods.
But no worries! I've got a recipe that will kick winter right in it's frosty heinie:
Banana Peach Smoothie!
This smoothie is sunshine in a glass. AND if you close your eyes and stand by the heater, you can almost pretend you're on a sandy beach, sipping a fruity umbrella drink.
It's nice to have dreams, right?
All you need are a few ingredients--bananas, frozen peaches, a scoop of yogurt, and a splash of juice (if you need it). Blend it up and you've got a great tasting snack or easy breakfast that's does a body good!
