I'm super excited to share this recipe with you! If you've never had Indian dosas before you're in for a real treat!

Made from rice and lentils that are pureed into a batter and fermented for 24 hours to create a fabulous flavor and texture, dosas have been enjoyed in South India for centuries. Their popularity has continued to spread throughout many parts of the world where they're sold as street food. They're naturally gluten free and pair deliciously with both savory and sweet fillings. Dosas are easy and fun to make and keep for several days.

Delightfully crispy on the outside and chewy in the center, nothing beats a dosa for the best of South Indian street food!

If you're a fan of marzipan you're going to love this pistachio version!

If you've already made my traditional marzipan recipe you know how quick and easy it is to make, and this pistachio marzipan is just as quick.

Use this pistachio marzipan for making chocolate dipped candies, as a filling in pastries, a fondant for cakes, and for any recipe that calls for regular marzipan that you want to jazz up a bit with the unique flavor element of pistachio. AND you're going to need it for a famous Christmas treat I'm gearing up to share with you shortly (any guesses??).

And of course you can also eat it plain all by its delicious self! (I won't judge you, I do it all the time! :)

Must-Make Christmas Goodies...

The following two recipes take time to gather up and make the ingredients and they taste best with age, so here's a reminder so you don't miss out!

Our authentic German Stollen (Christmas bread) has ranked #1 in Google for the past several years and has gathered rave reviews from all corners of the world. If you haven't already made it it's a must. We can practically guarantee that you'll LOVE it!

Set aside any and all negative notions you have of mincemeat: THIS one's a GAME CHANGER! Our traditional British mincemeat has likewise ranked #1 in Google the past several years and we've gotten dozens of emails from mincemeat pie haters sharing their conversion stories after having tried this recipe! Mincemeat tastes best with age when the flavors have had time to mature, so it's time to gather up the ingredients and make a batch of mincemeat pies to enjoy in time for Christmas!
